The Fundación de Mujeres en Puerto Rico presents the summary and video of its 2025 Annual Assembly, titled “Feminist Research for Systemic Change.” This gathering brought together women leaders, researchers, and community organizations to reflect on the power of feminist research as a tool for social transformation. Through rigorous, gender-informed data, the Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to making visible the realities of women, girls, and gender-expansive people, while promoting evidence-based public policies that address the roots of inequality.

During the Assembly, three key studies were presented by SIEMPREVIVAS RUM, Colectivo Ilé, and the Observatorio de Equidad de Género, highlighting replicable community-based models, anti-racist research frameworks, and the first in-depth analysis of orphanhood due to femicide in Puerto Rico. These initiatives demonstrate that feminist data are essential to guide sustainable solutions and build a more just society.
